The GayHomeXchange.com web site building around a smart kernel named  G•Track  composed with serverals modules for specific usage:

•  G•Track MailBox  : Private mail box (spam - control)
•  G•Track Favorites  : Easy way to found favorites offers. Useful to organize a stay.
•  G•Track Agent  : Smart agent for e-mail alerter (using by users seeking a lodging).
•  G•Track EasyBooking  : Smart tool for secure room booking (hotels only).
•  G•Track Sponsor  : Your offer on welcome page to increase number of visitors and guests! Smart tool to sponsorize area in welcome page.
•  G•Track Perfomance  : chart views to know visitors (country, etc..) according your posted offers. Monthly reports.
•  G•Track Kiwi  : Management of the subscriptions for the members having posted offer(s)
•  G•Track Syndication  : Really Simple Syndication channel to include ours offers in your web site : RSS

GayHomeXchange.com offers lot of adventages:

• The possibility for users seeking a lodging, to set an agent ( G•Track Agent ). This agent will contact automatically customers and propose a just posted offers.
• The possibility for customers seeking a lodging to plane a stay ( G•Track Favorites )
• The possibility to use a private mail box for spam control ( G•Track MailBox )
• The possibility of a user to choose a housing in an adapted environement (GayScene!)
• Good quality offers

All members who posted one or more offers with picture, can increase number of visitors/guests, upgrade their offer with  G•Track Sponsor  program. It consist in sponsoring one of 8 available places present in welcome page (direct access to offer description). Follow these instructions :

1. Goes to GayHomeXchange.com web site
2. Loggin you (use Login and Password posted by mail)
3. On welcome page, select available place with link "Your offer here!
   Click here to increase numbers of visitors"
4. The system will build a form with all (your) offers already posted
5. Select offer and picture
6. Select number of days (to compute period of showing). Beyond, selected place will be available again!
7. Press Send yellow button
8. Logout at the end (first icon on tool bar).

To post one or more offers, or to use private mailbox (e.g. to contact other members), you need to join us. Press button Add your establishment and fill personal detail form.

1. Goes to GayHomeXchange.com web site
2. Press Add your establishment orange button
3. Create account, for login/password step , use only characters and/or digits combination.
4. Fill personal details
5. Press Register yellow button. System post a welcome mail with login/password
6. If you want to post an offer, press Submit your property yellow button (see How to post an offer?)
7. If you don't want to post offer, press No Offer blue button

No. All the members wishing post offers, can do it anytime.

1. If you have a Web site, you can mention it in the right part.
2. If you have several Web sites, to mention one of them !
3. If you do not have a Web site, leave this field empty.

It's possible that during subscription (or when you post an offer), in one of the steps, that happens badly for several reasons :

1. Computer shutdown
2. Loosing web connexion
3. Stopped or out-of-date session (without anything to make too a long time)
4. etc...

To post one or more offers, you need first a member. Becoming member is free. Posting offers is not free (paying service). You can add your property either to the moment of the inscription, or (if you are already registered) through the main update form:

• During join step (How to join us?) when personal details just filled :
  1. You have just pressed Add your establishment orange button, the welcome mail posted.
  2. Press Submit your property yellow button
  3. Select kind of offer (Bed'Breakfast, Vacation Let/Rental, Home Xchange/Swapping)
  4. Fill establishment name
  5. Press yellow Submit your property, record created, fill each small forms (description, pictures etc...).
• If you are already member, you can add one or more offers :
  1. Goes to GayHomeXchange.com web site
  2. Loggin you (use Login and Password posted by mail)
  3. Press 2rd icon () on tool bar - It loads main update form.
  4. Press Submit your property yellow button
  5. Select kind of offer (Bed'Breakfast, Vacation Let/Rental, Home Xchange/Swapping)
  6. Fill establishment name
  7. Press yellow Submit your property and fill each small forms (for description, pictures, gay scene, etc...).
  8. Repeat for each offer.

• A simple member will never post an offer. It's a free service (e.g. to use agent or other free services). Users seeking a lodging doens't post offer.
• Other while all member can post one or more offers (paying service).

If you can't found your offer, either :

• You have never posted an offer : How to post an offer?
• The just posted offer is malformed : How to improve/update an offer?
• The just posted offer is hidden (not yet published) : How to publish OR to hide an offer?
• Both fields (listbox) <COUNTRY> and <STATE> up to date?
• Is offer enough detailed and up to date?
• Is your subscription up to date : What's status about subscription?

To change personal details, email contact, password follow these instructions :

1. Goes to GayHomeXchange.com web site
2. Loggin you (use Login and Password posted by mail)
3. Press 2rd icon () on tool bar - It loads main update form.
4. To change [A] Personal access code, press press yellow button Update in this section.
5. To change [B] Personal details, press press yellow button Update in this section.
6. Logout at the end (first icon on tool bar).

To change an offer, follow these instructions:

1. Goes to GayHomeXchange.com web site
2. Loggin you (use Login and Password posted by mail)
3. Press 2rd icon () on tool bar - It loads main update form.
4. Select establishment from listbox
5. Select part to change, press Load/Update yellow button :
   1. Part [D] Describe the property
   2. Part [E] Facilities
   3. Part [F] Places of Interest
   4. Part [G] Gay & Lesbian scene
   5. Part [H] Miscellaneous
   6. Part [I] Advertisement & web
   7. Part [J] Pictures
   8. Part [K] Tarification for Bed'Breakfast and Vacation Let/Rental
6. Update form and press yellow button Update - The system will save changes and call main update form
7. Press another part (if need).
8. To see result press blue button Load (popup)
9. Logout at the end (first icon on tool bar).

An offer can be hidden (nobody can see it) of visible (everybody seeking a lodging can see it) status. To change the status follow these instructions:

1. Goes to GayHomeXchange.com web site
2. Loggin you (use Login and Password posted by mail)
3. Press 2rd icon () on tool bar - It loads main update form.
4. Select establishment from listbox. Notes : a hidden offer is marked with double stars (**) in establishement name
5. Press blue button Hide this Offer (to hide) or Publish this Offer (visible status) your offer.
6. Logout at the end (first icon on tool bar).

To suppress definitively an offer, follow these instructions :

1. Goes to GayHomeXchange.com web site
2. Loggin you (use Login and Password posted by mail)
3. Press 2rd icon () on tool bar - It loads main update form.
4. Select establishment from listbox
5. Press blue button Delete this Offer. Be carrefull, no popup ask a confirmation !
6. Logout at the end (first icon on tool bar).

To check if offer looks like good, follow these instructions:

1. Goes to GayHomeXchange.com web site
2. Loggin you (use Login and Password posted by mail)
3. Press 2rd icon () on tool bar - It loads main update form.
4. Select establishment from listbox
5. Press blue button Load (popup) .The system opens a windows with the selected offer.
6. Logout at the end (first icon on tool bar).

To add or change pictures follow these instructions:

1. Goes to GayHomeXchange.com web site
2. Loggin you (use Login and Password posted by mail)
3. Press 2rd icon () on tool bar - It loads main update form.
4. Select establishment from listbox
5. Press Yellow button Load/Update located in [J] Pictures part.
6. Post 1, 2 or 3 pictures with captions :
   • of 240*320 maximum in portrait formtat or
   • of 320*240 maximum in landscape format
   • of a maximum size of 200 Kbytes
   • in JPG, JPEG or PNG format.
7. F.Y.I. with paint in WindowsXP, it's possible to change size and format !
8. Change form and press yellow button Update - The system will save changes and call main update form
9. Logout at the end (first icon on tool bar).

To know the number of visitors having read (hit) your offer, follow these instructions:

1. Goes to GayHomeXchange.com web site
2. Loggin you (use Login and Password posted by mail)
3. Press 3rd icon () on tool bar - It loads main tools kit :
   • table for your private mailbox configuration, with a direct access.
   • table with personal details and configuration, with a direct access to change it.
   • table with your (all) offer(s), hit, status (hidden/visible), with a direct access to main update form. For member who posted offers!
   • table with favorites offers (users seeking a lodging)
   • table with agent properties (users seeking a lodging)
   • table with last members with a online status ( online or offline)
4. Logout at the end (first icon on tool bar).

If you lost your password, follow these instructions:

1. Goes to GayHomeXchange.com web site
2. Select link "Lose your password?" located in "Miscellaneous " menu
3. Mention your login (used during join)
4. Mention your e-mail (used during join)

The tool bar can be use by connected members

1. Goes to GayHomeXchange.com web site
2. Loggin you (use Login and Password posted by mail)
   • : Logout
   • : To update offers / personnal details
   • : Set of utilities
   • : Annual subscription  G•Track Kiwi 
3. Logout at the end (first icon on tool bar).

Becoming privileged partner, rent advertising space present on the 4 web sites (+), for one given duration (1 to 4 weeks): If space is available, contact us by email (team@GayHomeXchange.com) If space is not available, contact to us by email (team@GayHomeXchange.com) for reserve the next one

• Prepare a picture (photo ou logo)
• This picture must be with format GIF or jpg
• This picture must have a maximum size of width=170, height=150
• This image should not be too heavy (maximum size of 3 KB)
• Prepare a slogan in the language of your choice
• Write us team@GayHomeXchange.com, attach this picture, the slogan and your URL (the address of your web site e.g. : http://www.MonSite.com )
